Terms of Service Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the nFollowers mobile application ("App") and any related services provided by nFollowers ("Service"). By using the App or the Service, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you may not access or use the App or the Service.

  1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using the App or the Service, you represent and warrant that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you are using the App or the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the necessary authority to bind that organization to this Agreement.

  2. User Accounts 2.1. Account Creation To use certain features of the App or the Service, you may need to create an account. You must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your account.

2.2. Age Restriction You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and use the App or the Service.

  1. In-App Purchases (IAP) and Subscriptions 3.1. IAP The App may offer in-app purchases ("IAP") for additional features or content. Any IAP is subject to the terms and conditions set forth by the Apple App Store, and you agree to comply with such terms and conditions.

3.2. Subscriptions The App may offer subscription plans for certain features or content ("Subscriptions"). Subscription plans may have different durations and renewal terms. By purchasing a Subscription, you authorize nFollowers to charge the applicable fees to your designated payment method. The Subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle. You are responsible for managing and canceling your Subscriptions.

  1. Content and User Conduct 4.1. User-Generated Content The App may allow you to upload, post, or transmit content ("User-Generated Content"). You retain ownership of your User-Generated Content, but by submitting it to the App, you grant nFollowers a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, and sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and distribute your User-Generated Content for the purpose of providing the Service.

4.2. Prohibited Conduct You agree not to use the App or the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe upon the rights of others
  • Engage in unauthorized or unlawful activities
  • Post or transmit harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App or the Service

  1. Intellectual Property Rights All intellectual property rights in the App and the Service, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets, are owned by nFollowers or its licensors. You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App or the Service without prior written consent from nFollowers.

  2. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, nFollowers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the App or the Service.

  3. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold nFollowers harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the App or the Service or any violation of this Agreement.

  4. Modification of Terms nFollowers reserves the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time. You are responsible for reviewing the Agreement periodically for any changes. Continued use of the App or the Service after any modifications to the Agreement shall constitute your acceptance of the modified terms.

  5. Termination nFollowers may terminate or suspend your access to the App or the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, all rights and licenses granted to you under this Agreement will immediately cease.

  6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction]. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of [Arbitration Organization]. The arbitration shall take place in [Jurisdiction], and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.

  7. Entire Agreement This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and nFollowers regarding your use of the App and the Service and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
